The last of the Browning 300A's.  This particular reel came in a Mitchell Sports box. This would suggest to me that it was sold very soon after Browning's involvement with Mitchell.  I assume it was existing inventory when the split between the two companies occurred and MS boxed it in the new box. The Browning box would have been blue.
